Duke Chiropractic, located in midtown Manhattan, and has a wide range of patients from children to busy professionals to Olympic athletes. Duke’s previous website was outdated and challenging to navigate, and, in addition to addressing these issues, the doctors wanted their website to stand out in the competitive New York City chiropractic market. 

THE SOLUTION

Berlin reconstructed the Duke Chiropractic website and overhauled the content by organizing the site to fit the way a patient would look for information. Berlin also introduced more effective messaging to convey how Duke is different: If Olympians can trust Duke Chiropractic, so can you. We backed up that claim with testimonials from top athleteslike Meb Keflezighi,a 2004 Olympic silver medalist. The site also features an extensive collection of YouTube videos, featuring Duke’s own doctors demonstrating benefits and treatments. Berlin also provides social media consulting services to Duke Chiropractic.

THE RESULTS

Duke’s website received a significant increase in traffic and an improved clickthrough rate due to better search engine performance. They also received an increased amount of online appointment requests from the new forms on the site. Berlin’s social media consulting has also helped Dr. Duke develop a strong base of followers on YouTube and Twitter.
